Huawei has been committed to providing state-of-the-art inverters, and most Huawei inverters come with a 5-year warranty. To give more assurance to customers who rely on high-performance products and world-leading technology from Huawei, Huawei has extended the warranty on the SUN2000-3-20KTL inverters from 5 years to 10 years in Europe.
This product warranty policy is applicable to the following inverters:
  • SUN2000-3/4/5/6/8/10KTL-M0
  • SUN2000-12/15/17/20KTL-M0
Inverters purchased in February 2020 or later come with a 10-year warranty. For earlier purchased inverters, the warranty period will also be changed to 10 years. We will release a notice at https://solar.huawei.com/ after updating the warranty period. Then, you can query the updated warranty period.
For the specific warranty terms, please refer to the local warranty conditions and contact your local reseller/distributor if you have any questions.
