The Role

As Supply Planner at Senergia, you will ensure high delivery performance to customers while balancing capacity. This requires collaboration and communication in an international context across a variety of functions such as sales, customer service, procurement, marketing and logistics with the ability to develop solutions that balance multiple objectives. This is a new role so we cherish someone who can develop best practices and ways of working. You will be part of the Supply Chain team and report to the Head of Supply Chain.

This is a full-time position and our office is located at Norrtullsgatan near Odenplan. It will be possible to have a hybrid setup and work part-time from home but we also believe that the presence at the office is very important for this role.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Review the balance between demand and supply
• Ensure priority and information during shortages
• Balance inventory levels over multiple warehouses
• Execute outcome from S&OP
• Mass update sales orders
• Allocate and reallocate sales orders

Is this you?

We believe that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience within supply planning and potentially a couple of more years within another supply chain area. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, fluent in Swedish and English and preferably one more language. But most importantly you are analytical, a problem solver, proactive and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be given lots of responsibility in a fast-moving environment and be part of building up something new, hence it is important that you thrive in such an environment.
